My name is Yongqing (Jackie), and I’m a product engineer based in the Netherlands. Over the past years, I’ve worn many hats—UX designer, product localization specialist, and product engineer— they all point to the same mission: designing the right products for the right users, and shaping smart strategies to bring those products to market.

My greatest strengths as a designer are curiosity and empathy. I love hearing stories and learning from users through both quantitative and qualitative insights, then translating their needs into creative, meaningful solutions that support real business value.

I’ve worked at companies including Volkswagen, BYD, and Dynamic Ear Company (Sonova Group), where I had the chance to build exciting products while developing skills in data analysis, product benchmarking, competitor analysis, and requirements engineering. I’m driven by the goal of launching products that make a positive impact on people’s lives—and one day, I hope to build a business of my own.

Outside of work, I enjoy figure skating, drawing, singing, traveling, skiing, and spending time with family and friends.
