My name is Yongqing (Jackie). I am a UX Designer & Product marketing specialist based in the Netherlands. My passion lies in crafting inclusive products & interactions that empower people in their daily life.

My biggest design strength is my curiosity and empathy: I like to learn from users  through both quantitative and qualitative methods, and translate their needs into creative design solutions that drive business success.

 

I am currently working at BYD (a leading EV company) as a product specialist. I am part of the product localization team, where I use my skills in user research, project management and data analysis ​to help the R&D team design cars that match the mobility needs and lifestyle of European customers, as well as being compliant to local regulations.

In my free time, I love figure skating, drawing, singing, traveling, skiing and spending time with family and friends.
